CANCELLATION POLICY

To schedule an appointment, a card on file is **REQUIRED** to protect both my time and yours. If a card is not kept on file, your appointment will be canceled until one is provided. Deposits are required for **NEW** client bookings and are **NON-REFUNDABLE**. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your services. Deposits will also be required if you have a history of frequently canceling or rescheduling your appointments. - **Cancellation/Rescheduling:** Any changes to your appointment must be made at least **48 hours** before your scheduled time. If you fail to do so, you will be charged **100%** of the booked service to the card on file. If you reschedule within the required timeframe, your deposit will still apply to that scheduled appointment. However, if you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for **NEW** client bookings. **No Shows:** If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged **100%** of the booked service. No-shows will result in an automatic ban from future bookings and will be required to pay the full cost of the missed service via invoice if the card on file cannot be charged. You will not be able to book another appointment until any outstanding balances from missed appointments are paid in full. - **Late Arrivals:** Please arrive on time. If you are more than **15 minutes late** without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged **100%** of the booked service. You will then need to reschedule. Excessive tardiness may result in being banned from booking future appointments. - **Running Late:** If you are running late but still want to keep your appointment, please communicate with me. I understand that things happen. However, if you are late, the scope of the service may need to be adjusted based on the time remaining. - **Appointment Booking:** All appointments must be booked by the person attending the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon via email, text, or Instagram. - **Contact:** For the best assistance and response time, please reach out via Instagram (@levnailedyou). - **Dissatisfied with my work?:** If you are dissatisfied with your nails, we can discuss ways to resolve the issue. **NO REFUNDS** will be given under any circumstances. However, I offer warranty coverage for my work. - **Warranty Coverage:** - **Apres Gel X:** 10-day warranty - **Gel and Structured Gel:** 5-day warranty Fixes outside of the warranty period will incur a charge of **$20+** per nail.
